What are Messages?

Messages is a section of Smarty CRM for managing internal and external communications of your company.

What are Messages for?

To manage communications with colleagues, customers and partners.

You can:

  • chat in private and group chats;
  • link chats to objects;
  • create ordinary or read-only chats (channels);
  • use chatbots.

There are also other options.

  1. Chat tabs: Internal and External.
  2. New posts indicator (more...).
  3. The field to enter a message and attach objects. 
  4. Chat participants.
  5. Mentions, tracking views, formatting and reactions.
  6. Search, linked objects, Favorites and chat settings.
