What is Integration with PBX for?

You can:

  • make outgoing and receive incoming calls in Smarty CRM:
  • store the history of interaction with clients and partners in the contact cards.

How to Add Integration with PBX

  1. Go to workspace Settings. More…
  2. In the left pane, select Integration with PBX.
  3. Send your request to technical support by clicking on the Send button.
