You can:
- make outgoing and receive incoming calls in Smarty CRM:
- store the history of interaction with clients and partners in the contact cards.
How to Add Integration with PBX
- Go to workspace Settings. More…
- In the left pane, select Integration with PBX.
- Send your request to technical support by clicking on the Send button.
