If you See an Error

Try to Solve the Problem Yourself

  • Refresh the page: press F5 or Ctrl+R.
  • Clear your cache. 
  1. Press Ctrl+Shift+Del and check the box next to Image and other files stored in cache or similar;
  2. Refresh the page where Smarty CRM is open.
  • Make sure you use the latest version of your browser or mobile app. Note that old browser versions are not supported.

  2. the screenshot of the error;
  3. what actions preceded the error;
  4. which email is linked to your account;
