Contact Analytics
What is Contact Analytics for?
You can:
- control the work of the entire sales department and each specific manager for a certain period;
- track the number of new customers and progress in working with existing customers.
How do I Use Contact Analytics?
- Go to the Analytics section.
- Select the Contacts group.
- In the Setting parameters area, specify parameters.
- Click Build chart.
Analytic results are displayed in the Chart and Additional information sections.
In the Chart section, click on the data column to see the list of contacts and go directly to their cards.
