What is Chatbot Analytics for?

You will be able to track:

  • change in the number of subscriptions for the selected period;
  • the dynamics of changes in the number of subscriptions for the selected period.

How do I Use Chatbot Analytics?

  1. Go to the Analytics section.
  2. Select the Chatbots group.
  3. In the Setting parameters area, specify parameters.
  4. Click Build chart.

Analytic results are displayed in the Chart and Additional information sections.
