What is the Applications Section for?

You can:

  • create applications manually and work with them according to your business processes;
  • get applications from chatbots of instant messengers: Viber, Telegram, Facebook and VKontakte;
  • add applications sent by visitors of your website.

Example of Using an Application

  1. You are connecting a chat bot. As soon as the client sends an application, you will receive a notification.
  2. The responsible employee processes the application and moves it through the work stages.
  3. If the application is specific, you create a contact or project from it and control them separately.
  4. In case of questions, refer to the application change history, linked chats, responsibles and observers.
  5. As soon as the work is completed, the responsible person informs the client and sends the application to Archive.
