You can:

Example of Using an Application
- You are connecting a chat bot. As soon as the client sends an application, you will receive a notification.
- The responsible employee processes the application and moves it through the work stages.
- If the application is specific, you create a contact or project from it and control them separately.
- In case of questions, refer to the application change history, linked chats, responsibles and observers.
- As soon as the work is completed, the responsible person informs the client and sends the application to Archive.
